Description :About the Role :We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our analytics team.The ideal candidate will drive the development of AI-driven solutions, leveraging advanced machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling techniques to extract insights, improve decision-making, and solve complex business problems.You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions at scale.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models for business applications.- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and AI solutions.- Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to prepare datasets for modeling.- Build, train, and optimize predictive models using supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.- Deploy AI/ML models into production environments and monitor their performance.- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and reproducible data for modeling.- Collaborate with software engineers and DevOps teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.- Perform statistical analysis and experimentation to evaluate model performance and drive data-driven decisions.- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI, ML, and data science.- Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices for model development and deployment.- Communicate complex AI/ML concepts and results effectively to non-technical stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.- 5- 10+ years of experience in data science, AI, and machine learning.- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and model development.- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.- Solid understanding of deep learning techniques, neural networks, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.- Experience with large-scale data processing tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and SQL/noSQL databases.- Strong statistical analysis and modeling skills.- Experience in model deployment and MLOps practices is a plus.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML workloads.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.- Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences (ref:hirist.tech)
