We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with 10-12 years of experience in the SAAS and product-based company to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML technology, CRM, and marketing automation software. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and enhance brand presence. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the success of our organization.


Experience

  • 10-12 years of experience in SAAS and product-based company industry.
  • Expertise in AI and a proven track record in B2B demand generation.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Utilize AI/ML technology to analyze market trends and customer behavior and incorporate insights into marketing strategies.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Manage and deploy marketing automation software to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including content, presentations, and digital assets.

Education Qualification

  • MBA from Premium College/Institute (Mandatory)


Certification

  • Relevant certifications in AI/ML technology, CRM, and marketing automation software would be an advantage.
