Summary:


The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing the agency's business development strategy. This includes identifying and qualifying new clients, developing proposals, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the advertising industry and be able to build relationships with key decision-makers.


Reports To: Managing Director

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new clients (Lead Generation)
  • Develop proposals and presentations
  • Close deals
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Research and track industry trends
  • Manage the agency's pipeline of opportunities
  • Report on sales performance 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in business or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development
  • Strong understanding of the advertising industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Proven track record of closing deals
  • Must be from Pune and should have worked in this market.


Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
