As a Principal Associate - Business Development, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving business growth through strategic development initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing business development activities to enhance organizational performance and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and profitability.

- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve targets and foster a high-performance culture.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, analysis, and networking.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

- Negotiate and close business deals to meet revenue and growth objectives.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business development initiatives with overall business goals.
