We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Tester with strong experience in manual testing and hands-on exposure to automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Playwright, and SQL to ensure high-quality testing of web and enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and execute manual test cases to validate application functionality, performance, and usability.- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and create effective test strategies.- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Playwright with Java.- Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, and API testing.- Validate back-end data using SQL queries to ensure accuracy and consistency.- Document test cases, test results, and report defects with clear reproducible steps.- Participate in defect triage meetings and support root cause analysis.- Contribute to test planning, estimations, and status reporting.- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and help improve test processes.Required Skills & Qualifications : - Strong hands-on experience in manual testing across web and enterprise applications.- Solid understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Proficiency in Java programming for writing automation scripts.- Practical experience with Playwright automation framework.- Strong knowledge of SQL for writing and executing queries to validate data.- Experience with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
