Key Responsibilities
- Manual Testing Expertise: Execute and manage manual testing processes including test planning, case creation, execution, and defect tracking. Develop comprehensive positive andnegative test scenarios.
- Database Testing: Conduct database testing with a solid understanding of database concepts.Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and functionality.
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Actively participate in requirement gathering sessions.Analyze and translate business requirements into actionable test cases, ensuring alignmentwith business needs.
- Business Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to business processesand system functionalities. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate requirementcapture.
- Test Management Tools: Utilize test management and bug tracking tools such as Azure DevOps,Jira, or similar platforms for tracking progress and managing defects.
- Communication and Collaboration: Exhibit strong communication skills and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- QA Fundamentals: Understand QA fundamentals, including the bug life cycle process and software quality assurance best practices.
- Customer Handling: Communicate proactively with project stakeholders and clients to address issues and resolve impediments to testing efforts.
- Self-Motivated and Dedicated: Show self-motivation, responsibility, and dedication. Commit to quality work and continuous improvement.

**Required Skills**:

- 3 to 8 years of experience in Manual Testing and Business Analysis.
- Proven experience as a Manual Quality Assurance Tester with strong logical and reasoning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of database testing and SQL. Ability to prepare SQL queries for data

verification.
- Experience in performance testing/security testing is a plus.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in direct communication with US-based clients.

Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Automation and Performance Testing.
- Certification in ISTQB, Performance Testing

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
