Job Summary:


We are seeking an accomplished Head of Technology to oversee our technology strategy and lead our development teams. This individual will be responsible for driving digital transformation, overseeing software development, IT infrastructure, and ensuring data security. The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of technology experience, particularly in SaaS or IT environments, and will have a proven record of delivering scalable solutions and fostering innovation. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong grasp of emerging tech trends and the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technology Strategy and Leadership: Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with business objectives, focusing on digital transformation, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

- Software Development Oversight: Lead software development teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and fostering an agile, collaborative environment.

- IT Infrastructure and Operations: Oversee IT operations, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security across systems.

- Data Security and Compliance: Ensure data protection practices are compliant with industry standards and regulations, implementing best practices for cybersecurity.

- Innovation and Emerging Technologies: Identify and evaluate new technologies, integrating relevant advancements to keep Vsynergize.ai at the forefront of the industry.

- Team Development and Mentorship: Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing technology team, cultivating an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.

- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with other departments (e., Product, Sales, Operations) to drive cross-functional projects and align technology initiatives with business needs.

- Budget Management: Oversee technology budget, managing resources efficiently to balance costs with innovation and performance Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.

- Experience: 12+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a significant background in SaaS or IT companies.

- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in managing complex technology projects and delivering scalable solutions.

- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, software development frameworks, cybersecurity best practices, and emerging technologies.
