Role Summary:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media operations. The ideal candidate will be an expert in creating captivating and culturally relevant content that resonates with diverse, culture-driving audiences, particularly the YA demographic. This role requires a collaborative individual with a proven ability to execute large-scale campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and stay ahead of emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead and execute comprehensive social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms for various initiatives, including brand, artist content, music festivals, events, partnerships, merchandise, livestreams, and cultural moments.

- Content Creation: Create captivating and culturally relevant social media content that resonates with diverse and culture-driving audiences, with a special focus on the YA demographic.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to inform complex marketing decisions and drive business growth.

- Partner Management: Manage social agencies and other partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality content tailored for local audiences.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, and maximize audience engagement.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay continuously informed about YA and diverse cultural trends, infusing the social space with innovative ideas and Skills:

- Proven experience generating and executing large-scale social media campaigns across platforms.

- A track record of growing audiences and delivering on engagement metrics.

- Strong experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.

- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies, partners, and talent.

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education & Experience:

- Education: A bachelor's and master's degree or equivalent experience is required.

- Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of social media marketing experience.
