Position: Legal Advisory OfficerExperience: 4+ YearsLocation: Visakhapatnam, IndiaJob Summary:- We are seeking a Legal Advisory Officer with 4+ years of experience in legal and contract management to join our team in Visakhapatnam.- The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional responsible for managing all aspects of legal agreements and negotiations with clients and vendors. This role requires a hands-on individual with a strong background in U.S. legal processes and a proven ability to handle complex contractual issues to ensure compliance with company policies.Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements, including Non-Compete Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Statements of Work (SOWs).- Manage and maintain the company's client contract database, with hands-on experience using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.- Handle all domestic legal issues for the organization and coordinate with external lawyers to resolve legal and operational challenges.- Lead negotiations with tier-one IT companies and various vendors, including those for manpower solutions.- Provide regular status updates on contract negotiations to senior management.- Establish and streamline internal legal processes and systems to effectively manage all legal documents.- Handle all contractual issues and negotiations with vendors and clients through both email and phone communication.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 4+ years of experience in legal and contract management, specifically within the context of U.S. processes.- Proven experience in Vendor Management, Client Negotiations, and Contract Management.- Hands-on experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating MSAs and SOWs.- Strong knowledge of legal agreements and document review.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.- The ability to work with and coordinate with external legal counsel.
