Job Description

A leading Tier 2 law firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate (Real Estate) with 2–5 years of PQE to join its dynamic Real Estate team in Mumbai and Delhi .

Key Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts, including sale deeds, lease agreements, development agreements, and joint venture agreements. Conducting title due diligence and preparing detailed title reports. Advising clients on regulatory and compliance issues related to real estate transactions. Managing real estate disputes and providing strategic legal advice. Liaising with clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions.

Key Requirements

Qualified lawyer with 2–5 years of experience in real estate law, preferably at a reputed law firm. Strong experience in title due diligence and handling real estate transactions. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
