Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy to promote the restaurant’s image and

  • Forge strategic partnerships with corporates, embassies, and other organizations to expand
  • the restaurant’s reach and clientele.
  • Manage the restaurant’s social media profiles, creating engaging content and campaigns
  • that resonate with the target audience.
  • Oversee Google Ads campaigns, analyzing performance data to optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Plan and coordinate in-house events, ensuring they align with the restaurant’s brand values
  • and objectives.
  • Monitor and respond to reviews on platforms like Zomato and TripAdvisor, maintaining a
  • positive reputation and addressing feedback constructively.
  • Create compelling marketing materials and content for various channels, ensuring
  • consistency in tone and brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to market special menus and promotions effectively.
  • Track marketing campaign results, providing reports on key metrics and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Bring in additional vendors such as graphic designers , photographers and over see all
  • coordination with them

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns,
  • particularly in the hospitality or food service industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling
  • narratives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, Google Ads,
  • trip advisor and other search engines
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate
  • them into actionable plans.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills to handle multiple
  • initiatives simultaneously.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related

field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in an in-house role within the

restaurant industry.
