Role Description

We are seeking a talented Social Media and Brand Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence and building our brand through innovative social media strategies and compelling content creation. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a knack for engaging audiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and traffic across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including posts, videos, and blogs, that aligns with our brand's voice and mission.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to gauge the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage daily posts and engage with followers to foster a vibrant and interactive online community.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our social media practices ahead of the curve.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and brand development.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
