Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term client partnerships Onboarding & Adoption Ensure smooth onboarding, accelerate time-to-value, and drive adoption Account Reviews & Growth Conduct business reviews, track KPIs, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities Customer Advocacy Represent customer feedback internally to product and engineering teams Problem Resolution Proactively address challenges in partnership with support/product teams Training & Enablement Deliver workshops, training sessions, and resources for clients Data-Driven Insights Analyze usage data to track engagement, identify risks, and recommend strategies Renewals & Retention Partner with account management to secure renewals and expansion revenue Growth Consulting & Strategy Advise clients on strategic initiatives to maximize business outcomes Candidate Profile: Experience: 3–5 years in Growth, Account Management, Consulting, SaaS, supply chain/logistics tech, or Expansion Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain operations and customer lifecycle management Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving; ability to work cross-functionally Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred) Culture & Opportunity Be part of building the future of autonomous supply chains Work in a fast-growing, innovative, and globally recognized AI-native platform
