This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our clients by owning and executing comprehensive growth strategies. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with early-stage startups, taking full ownership of their growth journeys from strategy formulation to execution while managing a team of performance and retention marketers . This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries, allowing you to make a significant impact on their success.Key Responsibilities:- Strategy Development: Develop and implement customised growth strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, with a focus on user acquisition, engagement, monetization, and retention.- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, understanding their goals, and providing regular updates on progress.- Execution Oversight: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of growth strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and making data-driven adjustments as needed.- Revenue Ownership: Take full responsibility for achieving revenue targets for each client, optimising campaigns, and identifying new opportunities to drive growth.- Market Research: Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategies and identify emerging trends that can be leveraged for client growth.- Reporting & Analysis: Analyse campaign performance data, generate insights, and prepare detailed reports for clients to demonstrate the impact of our strategies.- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices, continuously refining and improving our approach to growth Experience: 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within a startup or consulting environment.- Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in growth marketing tools and ad platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.- Communication: Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex strategies in a clear and concise manner.- Problem-Solving: A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, capable of developing creative solutions to drive client success.- Ownership: A proactive and results-driven individual who takes full ownership of their work, with a strong focus on achieving client objectives.
