Position : Senior Performance Marketing ManagerExperience : 8-12 YearsKey Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and optimize paid search (SEM) and paid social (Meta/Facebook Ads) strategies for eCommerce clients.- Manage and oversee large-scale ad campaigns, ensuring measurable ROI and performance growth.- Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end campaign execution.- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for clients and contribute to overall account growth.- Train, mentor, and manage a digital marketing team; provide guidance on best practices and performance improvement.- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies.- Work closely with clients (primarily USA-based) to understand their goals, propose strategies, and drive 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads).- Proven experience managing eCommerce projects (mandatory).- Strong track record of working with USA clients.- Ability to manage and optimize campaigns with significant monthly spends ($50K+ preferred).- Demonstrated success in achieving measurable ROI from paid campaigns.- Experience in SEO is a plus (not mandatory).- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.- Prior experience in managing a team of digital marketing specialist (ref:iimjobs.com)
