We’re an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization, driven by innovation, quality, and customer trust.🎯 Role Overview:We’re seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing operations and elevate our brand presence.You’ll play a key role in developing marketing strategies, driving B2B lead generation, managing digital campaigns, and collaborating with sales to achieve our ambitious growth goals.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analyzing our marketing campaigns. You will also collaborate with other internal teams and marketing executives to develop a marketing strategy and plan. You will then communicate these plans effectively to all relevant internal teams. This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand presence and market share.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.Lead digital marketing initiatives — SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing — to generate qualified B2B leads.Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, presentations, and web content.Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI across campaigns.Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics and data-driven insights.Represent the organization at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.Coordinate with the sales and business development to ensure consistent branding and create salesBranding and Corporate CommunicationsLead the marketing teamOversee and analyze performance and execution of marketing campaignsDevelop partnershipsCollaborate with senior marketing leaders to develop marketing strategy and planQualifications & SkillsMaster’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership position within the manufacturing or packaging domain.Proven success in executing B2B marketing campaigns and strategies.Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong project management and multitasking abilities.Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.Strong analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills
