Head - Industrial Sales - Real Estate

Job Description:
1. Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, online platforms, offline advertisements, cold calling etc.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers. Understand their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to offer suitable plot options.
3. Conduct site tours to showcase available plots, highlighting their unique features, amenities, and investment potential.
4. Handle the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding plot availability, pricing, and payment options.
5. Negotiate with clients along with General Manager - Operations to reach mutually beneficial agreements and handle any objections or concerns that may arise during the sales process.
6. Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
7. Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies to effectively position the plots for sale.
8. Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue and growth objectives.
9. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain client records, track interactions, and follow up on leads.
10. Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to the sales manager or higher authorities.
11. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Candidate with at least 10 years of experience in real estate Sales.
2. Prior experience in selling commercial plots is preferred.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. Proficiency of local language is highly preferrable.
4. Ability to persuade and influence potential buyers to make informed decisions.
5. Strong understanding of the local real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and demand.
6. Proficient in negotiation techniques to close deals effectively.
7. A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
8. Familiarity with CRM software, email communication, and basic computer skills.
9. Strong networking skills to build a vast client base and referral network.
10. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets without constant supervision.
