About the Role :

- We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our technology team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in building and scaling modern web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js/Next.js, and Node.js. This role requires a balance of both frontend and backend development skills, with a focus on creating performant, secure, and scalable applications.

- You will work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The role is best suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can take ownership of tasks, and is passionate about writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js/Next.js, Node.js).

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration between client and server components.

- Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js to optimize SEO and performance.

- Develop reusable UI components and ensure responsive design across devices and browsers.

- Write clean, modular, and optimized code following best coding practices.

- Implement security measures such as authentication, authorization, and data validation.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.

- Work on database design, indexing, and query optimization in MongoDB.

- Collaborate with UI/UX teams, mobile developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipeline management.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in full-stack development.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.

- Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, Next.js, React.js, and MongoDB.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.

- Hands-on experience with REST API development and third-party API integrations.

- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

- Solid understanding of database design, schema modeling, indexing, and query optimization in MongoDB.

- Experience with Git, code reviews, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and version control best practices.

- Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues in production environments.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience working with TypeScript for strongly typed development.

- Exposure to GraphQL for API design and data fetching.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture.

- Prior experience working in startups or fast-paced product environments.
