Job Title : MERN Stack DeveloperWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, with a proven track record in building scalable and high-performance applications. This role requires a solid understanding of system design, microservices architecture, and cloud Responsibilities :- Full-Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Node.js, NestJS, React.js, and Next.js.- System Architecture : Lead and contribute to the design and implementation of scalable system architectures, including microservices.- Performance & Optimization : Implement effective solutions for queueing, caching, and overall system performance optimization.- Cloud & DevOps : Utilize AWS services for deployment and infrastructure management.- Database Management : Work with both SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL databases to manage application data.- Collaboration : Work within an Agile environment, participate in sprint planning, and apply excellent problem-solving skills to overcome technical Skills :Core Technologies :Backend : Strong expertise in Node.js and NestJS.Frontend : Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js.Databases : Hands-on experience with MySQL and NoSQL databases.Architecture & DevOps :- Proven experience in System Design and Microservices Architecture.- Expertise in workflow design and implementation.Experience with queueing mechanisms, caching, and scalability.- Strong working knowledge of (Good to Have) :- Knowledge of React Native.- Experience with Automation & Qualifications :Experience : A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in MERN Stack development.Qualifications : An equivalent degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with strong academic credentials.
