Monitor and analyze performance issues Managing, monitoring, and maintaining the data storage infrastructure to ensure data integrity, security, and availability in ZTE environmentUse management tools to monitor disk usage, I/O performance, and other key metrics to ensure optimal system functionality.Good to have skills:Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for ZTE Storage, changes, and procedures. Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine tasks.Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and other IT staff. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements related to ZTE storage Good to have skills on other storage sites like HP, HuaweiDiagnosing and resolving storage-related issues and performance bottlenecksGood team player and quick learner
