Role Description

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic world of travel. You'll work alongside our passionate team in Bengaluru, playing a key role in creating seamless and unforgettable travel experiences for our valued customers.


Your Responsibilities

  • Destination Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the destinations featured on our itineraries, becoming a knowledgeable resource for our clients.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Manage the entire customer journey, from pre-trip planning to post-trip follow-up, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Itinerary Management: Oversee the smooth execution of itineraries, adapting and problem-solving as needed to keep travellers informed and engaged throughout their journey.
  • Group Leadership: Foster a positive and engaging environment for travellers, building strong relationships and ensuring a memorable travel experience.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in travel coordination or customer service (a plus)
