We're looking for a dynamic and well-networked AGM/DGM - Business Development to lead land and asset acquisition for hospitality-led developments. The role focuses on sourcing greenfield sites and distressed hospitality assets, driving transactions end-to-end - from deal origination to regulatory closures.

What You'll Do:

- Identify and evaluate land/asset acquisition opportunities

- Lead commercial negotiations, diligence & transaction execution

- Engage with IPCs, ARCs, NCLT professionals & regulatory bodies

- Prepare bids, investment memos & coordinate internal handovers

Who You Are:

- 8-12 years in real estate BD, land acquisition, or hotel asset deals

- Exposure to ARCs, NCLT cases, or distressed assets a strong plus

- Background in Finance, Law, Engineering or Real Estate; MBA preferred

- Strong grasp of land laws, transaction structuring & regulatory interfaces
