Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA):
- The Project Director - Execution is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex, high value real estate and hospitality projects.
- This senior leadership role ensures seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams, drives execution excellence, and aligns project outcomes with strategic business objectives.
- The role demands deep technical expertise, stakeholder management finesse, and a relentless focus on quality, timelines, and budget.
- Alignment of execution plans with brand standards and business strategy
- Decision-making under pressure with a focus on quality, cost, and timelines
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution Leadership:
- Oversee full-cycle execution of luxury residential and hospitality developments
- Translate strategic plans into actionable execution roadmaps
- Ensure adherence to design intent, regulatory approvals, and contractual obligations
Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams including consultants, contractors, and internal departments
- Interface with HNWIs, investors, and senior leadership to align expectations
- Mentor project managers and site leads to uphold execution standards
Budgeting & Cost Control:
- Monitor project budgets, cash flows, and cost-to-complete forecasts
- Implement value engineering and cost optimization strategies
Quality & Compliance:
- Enforce quality assurance protocols and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with local laws, environmental norms, and international benchmarks
Risk & Issue Resolution:
- Identify execution risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Resolve site-level conflicts and escalate critical issues proactively
Reporting & Documentation:
- Deliver periodic progress reports to stakeholders and board members
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for audits, handovers, and legal purposes
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic execution planning and operational leadership
- Expertise in construction methodologies, MEP systems, and finishing standards
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP, Oracle P6, and ERP platforms
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to lead multicultural and geographically dispersed teams
