Perfios - Technical Lead - Software Development

Description :This role focuses on our flagship Perfios Journey Builder platform a highly configurable, multi-tenant SaaS solution that powers seamless digital onboarding, loan origination, and management, delivering truly cutting-edge financial solutions.Responsibilities :- Own end-to-end technical delivery for critical product areas, from design to production.- Drive architectural vision and ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and secure.- Take ownership of code quality, performance, and maintainability.- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design discussions, and best-practice enforcement.- Mentor, coach, and upskill engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and technical excellence.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align business goals with engineering outcomes.- Proactively identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.- Stay current with emerging technologies and bring relevant innovations into the engineering roadmap.Qualifications :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science.- 6-9 years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 1+ years in a lead/technical leadership role.- Strong understanding of software data structures, design patterns, and architectural principles.- Proven expertise in designing and building scalable, high-performance, and secure applications.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- A genuine passion for creating high-quality products and solving complex problems.Good to Have Skills :- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).- Familiarity with Java and the Spring framework would be a bonus.- Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems.- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, automation).- Hands-on experience with databases (Postgres, Mongo, Oracle) and performance optimization.- Prior experience in FinTech or enterprise-scale SaaS platforms.- Contributions to open-source projects or active engagement in the developer community.
