This role focuses on our flagship Perfios Journey Builder platform — a highly configurable, multi-tenant SaaS solution that powers seamless digital onboarding, loan origination, and management, delivering truly cutting-edge financial solutions.Responsibilities:● Own end-to-end technical delivery for critical product areas, from design to production● Drive architectural vision and ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and secure● Take ownership of code quality, performance, and maintainability● Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design discussions, and best-practice enforcement● Mentor, coach, and upskill engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and technical excellence● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align businessgoals with engineering outcomes● Proactively identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement● Stay current with emerging technologies and bring relevant innovations into the engineering roadmapQualifications:● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science● 6-9 years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 1+ years in a lead/technical leadership role● Strong understanding of software data structures, design patterns, and architectural principles● Proven expertise in designing and building scalable, high-performance, and secure applications● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills● Strong communication and interpersonal skills● A genuine passion for creating high-quality products and solving complex problemsGood to Have Skills:● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)● Familiarity with Java and the Spring framework would be a bonus● Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems● Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, automation)● Hands-on experience with databases (Postgres, Mongo, Oracle) and performance optimization● Prior experience in FinTech or enterprise-scale SaaS platforms● Contributions to open-source projects or active engagement in the developer community
