This role focuses on our flagship Perfios Journey Builder platform — a highly configurable, multi-tenant SaaS solution that powers seamless digital onboarding, loan origination, and management, delivering truly cutting-edge financial solutions. Responsibilities: ● Own end-to-end technical delivery for critical product areas, from design to production ● Drive architectural vision and ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and secure ● Take ownership of code quality, performance, and maintainability ● Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design discussions, and best-practice enforcement ● Mentor, coach, and upskill engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and technical excellence ● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align business goals with engineering outcomes ● Proactively identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement ● Stay current with emerging technologies and bring relevant innovations into the engineering roadmap Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science ● 6-9 years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 1+ years in a lead/technical leadership role ● Strong understanding of software data structures, design patterns, and architectural principles ● Proven expertise in designing and building scalable, high-performance, and secure applications ● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills ● A genuine passion for creating high-quality products and solving complex problems Good to Have Skills: ● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) ● Familiarity with Java and the Spring framework would be a bonus ● Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems ● Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, automation) ● Hands-on experience with databases (Postgres, Mongo, Oracle) and performance optimization ● Prior experience in FinTech or enterprise-scale SaaS platforms ● Contributions to open-source projects or active engagement in the developer community
