If you are passionate about supporting both the organisation and its people, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from youKey Responsibilities – HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: drafting job advertisements, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and managing offers to ensure a positive candidate experience. Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, supporting a fair and inclusive workplace. Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and offboarding activities to ensure smooth employee transitions. Maintain and update HR systems, records, and documentation in compliance with data protection regulations. Support performance, development, and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation. Collaborate with the payroll and finance teams for accurate and timely payroll administration. Assist in delivering employee engagement, inclusion and diversity, and recognition programmes. Lead or contribute to HR projects that drive positive organisational change and continuous improvement. Essential Skills and Experience – HR, Recruitment, and People Support Previous experience in a HR Generalist or similar human resources role, ideally with recruitment responsibilities. Sound understanding of UK employment law, HR policies, and best practice talent acquisition strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels. Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality. Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
