Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Azure Administrator with strong expertise in managing Microsoft Azure environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in resource provisioning, Office 365 administration, PowerShell scripting, license management, compliance, troubleshooting ADFS/AAD/Exchange SMTP issues, and user support.

The role requires an independent problem solver with excellent technical, analytical, and customer service skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage and administer Microsoft Azure resources via Azure Portal (GUI) and PowerShell.

- Provision/de-provision Azure resources, manage permissions, access controls, and organizational policies.

- Handle Office 365 administration including license assignments, retention policies, mail flow rules, and compliance management.

- Troubleshoot ADFS, ADFS Proxy, AAD Connect, Exchange SMTP & SMTP Relay server-related issues.

- Provide end-user support and resolve tickets in line with SLAs.

- Deliver remote support for desktops, mobile devices, and user access issues.

- Write and maintain support documentation/knowledge base (KB) for recurring issues.

- Automate tasks and remediation processes using custom PowerShell scripts.

- Investigate security/compliance concerns and audit logs within Office 365/Azure.

- Respond to escalations, high-priority requests, and stakeholder communication.

- Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments including advanced troubleshooting of session hosts, FSLogix profiles, applications, and network connectivity.

- Contribute to performance optimization, security configuration, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure cloud administration.

- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting (3+ years).

- Hands-on expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) administration and troubleshooting.

- Solid understanding of Windows OS, networking, and cloud infrastructure.

- Experience with Office 365 administration (security, compliance, and audit).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical issues clearly.

- Customer-oriented with a commitment to timely resolution and service excellence.

- Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call when required.

- Team player with the ability to work independently
