Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Azure Administrator with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud management, Office 365 administration, and advanced troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), PowerShell automation, and security/compliance management. This is a US Shift role requiring excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer support skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage Microsoft Azure resources via Azure Portal (GUI) and PowerShell.

- Provision, deprovision, and administer resources, permissions, and user access.

- Assign licenses and resources through both GUI and PowerShell.

- Manage Office 365 retention policies, retention tags, and mail restrictions.

- Perform Exchange SMTP / SMTP relay troubleshooting, ADFS, ADFS Proxy, and AAD Connect issue resolution.

- Provide end-user support and ticket queue management (desktop, mobile, remote).

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex L2/L3 issues including AVD session hosts, FSLogix, user profiles, and applications.

- Optimize performance, security configuration, and AVD components.

- Write and execute custom PowerShell scripts for automation and remediation.

- Prepare and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation.

- Ensure compliance and investigate audit logs in Office 365.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and handle escalations and high-priority incidents.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud Administration.

- Strong expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) - troubleshooting, performance tuning, FSLogix, applications, and network connectivity.

- Proficiency in Windows OS administration and PowerShell scripting.

- Knowledge of Office 365 security, compliance, and audit logs.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work independently, handle escalations, and deliver within deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

- Flexible to work in US shifts and provide on-call support when required.
