Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities- Lead and manage maintenance operations for injection moulding machines, robotics, and auxiliary equipment. - Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules. - Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of moulding machines and related systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical). - Plan and execute machine overhauls, mould change setups, and utility maintenance (chillers, compressors, cooling towers, etc.). - Maintain equipment history, breakdown analysis reports, and spare parts inventory. - Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure smooth and continuous operations. - Identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and energy efficiency. - Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards. - Manage and develop a team of maintenance engineers and technicians. - Liaise with OEMs and vendors for technical support, AMC, and spare procurement. - Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and plant expansion projects.Qualifications- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering. - Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in maintenance of injection moulding machines in an automotive or manufacturing setup.Required Skills- Expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems. - Strong knowledge of moulding machines - Familiarity with preventive maintenance tools and software. - Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949, TPM, and Kaizen practices.
