Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication (Inbound & Outbound)Handleinbound and outbound calls, emails, and text communicationwith clients in a professional and friendly manner. Understand client requirements and pass information accurately to internal teams. Follow up with clients on project progress, approvals, and feedback. Maintain clear, timely, and courteous communication across all channels (phone, email, text, WhatsApp, etc.). Client Coordination & Relationship BuildingAct as a support point between clients and internal creative/technical teams. Help onboard new clients and collect project requirements. Keep clients informed about shoot schedules, edits, and delivery timelines. Ensure client satisfaction and build positive, long-term relationships. Project Support & Internal CollaborationAssist in coordinating between production, post-production, design, and marketing teams. Track project progress and update reports or trackers regularly. Learn how to manage project deadlines and escalate delays proactively. Sales & Upsell SupportIdentify and communicate client needs that can lead toupselling or cross-sellingof additional services (branding, live streaming, design, etc.). Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and promotional materials. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain CRM records, contact logs, and client databases. Record all communication details (calls, texts, emails) accurately. Assist in creating performance and client satisfaction reports. Who Can ApplyFresh graduates (any discipline)— preferably fromCommunications, Business, Media, or Marketingbackground. Excellent communication skills inEnglish(knowledge of local languages is a plus). Comfortable with making and receivingcalls, emails, and text communicationdaily. Passionate about media, content creation, and client service. Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
