Research about new sources to generate leads
- Evaluate the new sources of generating leads
- Generate appropriate leads for various services offered
- Contact the leads generated and those provided by the company and provide them with initial details including the introduction
- Pursue the leads for availing the services of the company
- Maintain proper follow up with perspective clients
- Convert leads into business orders
- Get initial formalities of getting the client on-board executed
- Take brief from the client and understand their requirements thoroughly
- Explain requirements to team/ vendor and get the work executed
- Ensure proper work is delivered to the client as per expectation
- Seek feedback from the client and get changes done as applicable
- Be updated about all work relating to the client
- Maintain proper follow up with executive (in house/off-shore) to ensure timely delivery of work
- Get work mailed to clients in proper format, mail reports, leads etc. to clients when applicable
- Identify new opportunities of association with clients
- Pitch the clients for these new opportunities & generate new business
- Execute review meeting with client whenever required
- Do a quality check of work as per prescribed standard and get work approved by seniors/ concerned personnel before delivery
- Ensure a good sales turnover

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
