Tipple Works Co. is a full-service marketing agency specializing in delivering creative and strategic solutions for our clients. We're looking for a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team to drive growth across Meta, Google, and Amazon ad platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize spend campaigns across Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads to achieve performance goals (e.g., ROI, CPC, CPA, etc.).
  • Develop and manage advertising strategies that align with overall marketing and brand goals.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns, with a focus on maximizing ROI.
  • Track, report, and present key performance metrics regularly, ensuring campaigns are effectively meeting objectives.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop ad creatives, ensuring alignment between creative and performance goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and platform updates to stay ahead of changes and opportunities in paid advertising.
  • Optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to drive efficiency and meet specific KPIs.
  • Manage budgets and make recommendations for spend adjustments in line with campaign performance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and Amazon.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics and other marketing analysis tools for performance reporting.
  • Experience in creating and implementing A/B tests for ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving performance goals for conversion, revenue, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from campaign data.
  • Knowledge of the alcohol industry is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
