Tech/B.E. from reputed institutesEMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full TimeEXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 7-9 years of hands-on experience in pharma life science analytics, supporting Commercial and Sales functions. In-depth understanding of Pharma Commercial operations, US/EU Healthcare data sets (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, Claims data), and commercial KPIs. Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying dashboarding, data visualizations, and analytics using business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI or Qlik Sense/QlikView. Strong SQL knowledge.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities1. Client Engagement & Account Management- Account Ownership: Manage end-to-end relationships for key pharmaceutical accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction, retention, and account growth. - Consultative Partnering: Act as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders (Brand Managers, Commercial Operations Heads), translating their business questions into analytical roadmaps. - Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of BI dashboards, Adhoc analytics projects and commercial insights. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with impeccable quality.2. Domain Leadership (Pharma Commercial)- Apply deep expertise in Commercial Analytics to solve problems in areas such as: - Sales Force Effectiveness (Call planning, Targeting & Alignment, Incentive Compensation). - Brand Performance Tracking & Launch Analytics. - Patient Journey & Longitudinal Data Analysis (APLD). - Managed Markets / Payer Analytics. - Omnichannel/Digital Marketing Analytics. - Provide subject matter expertise to internal technical teams (Data Engineers/Scientists) to ensure the output makes business sense.3. Pre-Sales & Business Development- Proposal Leadership: Lead the creation of responses to RFPs and RFIs. structure solutions, estimate efforts, and draft compelling technical and commercial proposals. - Capability Presentations: Lead capabilities presentations and demo sessions for prospective clients. - Account Mining: Identify white-space opportunities within existing accounts to cross-sell and up-sell DataZymes' services.4. Marketing & Thought Leadership- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop case studies, white papers, and blog posts showcasing DataZymes' expertise. - Represent DataZymes at industry conferences or webinars as a subject matter expert.5. Team Management- Mentor and manage a team of Analysts, Consultants, and Senior Consultants. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.SKILLS:Must Have Skills- Deep experience in the Pharma Commercial Analytics domain - Understanding of Commercial, Sales and Marketing operations within US Life Sciences - Strong knowledge of data management, relational & dimensional data modeling concepts - Proven experience as a BI Developer - Ability to articulate customer requirements and translate them into BI- applications. - Data Blending and Dashboard Optimization Experience - Team management and project management experienceGood to Have Skills- Experience working with Ex-US markets. - Advanced AnalyticsCommunicating with Influence- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to take people alongAnalysis & Problem solving- Capitalizes on opportunities to pursue value. - Brings issues out in open so that all concern can address and find solution.Professional Expertise Development- Has an open and learning mindset. - Adapts to new learning approaches and methods
