About the Role:

We are seeking an innovative Associate Product Manager to join our product team and ensure that our products remain competitive. In the B2C workspace, as an Associate Product Manager, your duties will include analysing consumer behaviour and industry trends, evaluating consumer feedback on our products, and finding solutions for product defects, also, in the B2B workspace you’ll be expected to drive the solutioning and delivery of product initiatives under the guidance of PM. To be successful in this role, you should possess the ability to contribute appropriate product-related insights and strategies.

Also, you get an opportunity to collaborate with company specific internal tools which enhances the company level operations and allows us to provide better customer services.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap, considering market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback. Should have a capability to find problems and then solve.
  2. Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough market research and engage with stakeholders to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
  3. Feature Prioritization: Evaluate feature requests and prioritize them based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
  4. Product Development: Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle, providing clear requirements, feedback, and guidance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
  5. Product Launch: Coordinate product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, creating marketing collateral, and conducting training sessions for internal teams and clients.
  6. Performance Analysis: Define key performance metrics and track product performance post-launch, leveraging data analytics to identify areas for optimization and iteration.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the B2B SaaS software industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
