We are looking for Senior Salesforce Developer Work From Office Gurugram.

Duration : Permanent-Fulltime.

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Developer from the Customer Experience background to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing complex Digital solutions for our clients.

The person will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the CX platforms especially on the Salesforce platform and a passion for building cutting-edge solutions that optimize our clients' business processes.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design and development of CX Digital implementations, adhering to best practices with a focus on Salesforce Well-Architected principles.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into actionable technical solutions.

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures, including custom objects, processes, workflows, and integrations.

- Develop and implement automation solutions using SF Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

- Create technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and training materials.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and advancements, attending conferences and obtaining relevant certifications.

- Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

- Proactively identify and address potential technical challenges and risks.

- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

Qualifications :

- 5-7 Years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce core features, including the AppExchange, Process Builder, Workflow Builder, and API.

- Expertise in Apex and Visualforce development.

- Familiarity with Lightning Web Components preferred.

- Experience with data integration and migration techniques.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Certified Salesforce Architect or Consultant preferred.
