Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and attract qualified candidates for various IT/ non-IT positions through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Review resumes and applications and conduct thorough evaluations of candidates' skills and qualifications.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, working closely with HR and hiring managers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a IT and non-IT industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
