Develop and implement creative content strategies that align with clients' brand goals and drive engagement. Foster collaborative efforts between brands and digital influencers, media, and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach. Analyse and map out customer journeys, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for digital engagement. Develop strategies to enhance customer experiences and drive conversions through personalized and targeted digital interactions. Work closely with business operations to understand and address customer and brand challenges. Apply creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative digital solutions that support brand building and customer retention. Collaborate with various departments, to ensure cohesive and effective digital strategies. Lead and mentor a team of account managers, fostering a culture of creativity and digital innovation. Set clear KPIs and objectives for digital campaigns and initiatives. Regularly analyse and report on the performance of digital strategies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing and account management, with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing landscapes. Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. A deep understanding of customer journeys, digital content strategies, and brand building.
