NeuralGarage is a Bangalore-based generative AI startup building core technology for the
Media and Entertainment industry. We are backed by prominent investors such as Exfinity
Ventures and Amit Patni and work with global clients like Amazon, Coca-Cola, HP, Publicis,
Ogilvy, and more.
The Role:
NeuralGarage is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer
Success Interns. As part of our Customer Success team, you will play a crucial role in
managing client queries during the Beta launch of our VisualDub SaaS platform. This
hands-on experience will expose you to the forefront of AI technology and the booming
Media and Entertainment sector.
Responsibilities:
● Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, understand their
needs, and provide timely responses to queries.
● Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client
issues promptly.
● Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients on the
VisualDub platform.
● Feedback Collection: Gather and document client feedback for continuous
improvement of our services.
● Client Relations: Communicate regularly with clients to understand needs, address
questions, and ensure satisfaction.
● Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensure contract and payment
compliance, and help renew accounts.
● Marketing Assistance: Assist with content creation, email campaigns, social media,
and other marketing initiatives.
● Data Entry: Maintain accurate client records and input data into CRM and other
systems.
Requirements:
● Education: Ideally studying in the final year of a Tier-1 University, pursuing a degree
in management, marketing, business, or related fields.
● Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Proactive Attitude: Ability to take initiative and work independently.
● Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with the extended team.
● Technical Skills: Knowledge on CRM systems.
● Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing concepts like SEO, social media,
and email marketing.
● Experience: Content writing, campaign creation, and/or account management
experience is a plus.
Additional Details:
● Possibility of Conversion: Potential for conversion to a full-time role based on
performance during the internship.
● Stipend: ₹10,000 per month.
