You will collaborate with stakeholders to define performance objectives and success criteria, develop performance test scripts, and analyze results to identify optimization opportunities. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior testers and staying up-to-date with industry trends in performance testing.Key Responsibilities Test Planning & Execution:Lead the planning and execution of performance test activities, including load testing, stress testing, and endurance testing. Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance testing objectives and success criteria. Test Script Development:Design and develop performance test scripts using industry-standard tools. Results Analysis & Optimization:Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and propose performance optimization strategies. Reporting:Create detailed performance test reports and present findings to project teams and management. Performance Issue Resolution:Work closely with development teams to address performance issues and optimize application performance. Industry Awareness:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance testing and optimization. Mentorship:Mentor and coach junior performance testers to enhance their skills and knowledge. Technical Expertise:Utilize knowledge of GC, thread, and heap analysis to troubleshoot and optimize performance.Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of GC, thread, and heap analysis. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java/JavaScript, or other relevant languages. Strong SQL skills for database-related performance testing. Test Tool Expertise: Experience with at least two performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad). Knowledge of web technologies includingweb services, and true client protocol. Cloud & Kubernetes: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Knowledge of Kubernetes for containerized environments. Monitoring & Analysis Tools: Experience using AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or Splunk for performance monitoring and analysis. Test Scenario Development: Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test scenarios.
