Join our team as a Senior Performance Engineer, where you’ll own the end-to-end performance release lifecycle — from workload design and automation to performance analysis, sign-off, and post-release verification.Location: NoidaExperience: 7+ YearsRole: Senior Performance EngineerEligibility: B.Tech candidates from product-based companiesWork Mode: 5 Days | Work From Office⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 DaysWhat You’ll DoDesign and automate realistic performance workloads using JMeter / LoadRunner / GatlingTranslate NFRs/SLOs into measurable KPIs (throughput, latency, error budgets)Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and enforce performance gatesAnalyze results using Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace, or CloudWatch to pinpoint bottlenecksPartner with Dev, SRE, and DevOps teams to drive performance tuning and stabilityLead or mentor a small team and ensure release readiness through evidence-based go/no-go callsMust-Have Skills✔ 7–10 years of experience in performance engineering for web/distributed systems✔ Strong expertise in JMeter (advanced scripting, correlation, JSR223)✔ Hands-on with CI/CD, APM tools, and infra/DB performance analysis✔ Excellent debugging, analytical, and communication skills☁️ Nice to HaveAWS/GCP/Azure | Kubernetes | Kafka | gRPC | DB optimization | CDN strategiesAre you interested, or do you know someone who’d be a great fit?
