Hello ConnectionsWe have urgent openings for Performance Testing Lead/Architect.Job Title: Performance Testing Lead / ArchitectLocation: Flexible (Hybrid / Remote – depending on project)Experience: 7+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeNotice Period: Immediate joiners preferredSkills & Certifications:- Domain / Module/Digital Experience and Application Development/Web and Mobile/Code Quality and Tuning - JUnit, JMeter, SonarQube, JSLint, ESLint -IntermediateJob Description- Required Skills / Experience7-10+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering. Expertise in one or more performance testing tools: JMeter is must and LoadRunner, NeoLoad, Gatling, k6 etc is a plus. Strong hands-on experience in APM tools: Perfmon, Dynatrace / AppDynamics / Splunk / Datadog. Strong experience in tuning application servers (WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss), JVM, DB (Oracle, Postgres, SQL Server), caching, network and OS levels. - Strong scripting knowledge (Python / Shell / Groovy / Java / JavaScript).Deep understanding of HTTP, REST, WebSocket, microservices, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP).Hands-on experience in distributed load generation, containerized load testing (Docker / Kubernetes).Experience with CI/CD and automation frameworks for continuous performance validation.Ability to interpret performance results, debug thread dumps, GC analysis, Heap/CPU profiling. - PreferredExperience with SRE / Chaos Engineering / Failover testing. Exposure to mobile performance testing. Knowledge on cloud native observability stacks (Open Telemetry). - Prior architect/tech lead experience. Soft Skills Strong communication, stakeholder handling and presentation skills.Ability to influence design decisions with performance-first mindset.Capability to lead, coach and build high performance testing engineering teams.
