Key Responsibilities

- Generate and nurture leads through multiple channels including online inquiries, referrals, networking, and walk-in clients.

- Understand client requirements and offer tailored property solutions.

- Facilitate the sales process, including negotiation and closing deals.

- Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of sales-related documents.

- Coordinate with construction and project management teams to provide customers with accurate project updates.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.

- Build and sustain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with detailed information about properties, pricing, and financing options.

- Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective buyers.

- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with legal requirements.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.

- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and events.

- Liaise with media and advertising partners to enhance brand visibility.

- Support effective marketing communication of the Srivari brand across various platforms.

- Follow up with customers and financial institutions to facilitate payment collections and loan processing.

Qualifications & Experience

- Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of proven sales and marketing experience in the construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of the construction and real estate industry.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills for customer engagement.

- Effective time management and organizational skills
