Job Description



Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the technical strategy and road-map for digital platforms (sales website and customer app), ensuring alignment with business goals and architectural standards.

Team Management & Development
Lead and mentor a team of 15+ developers, fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on continuous learning and accountability.

Delivery Management
Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality execution using Agile methodologies.

Technical Architecture & Design
Design and guide the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance digital systems.

Technical Oversight & Guidance
Provide hands-on technical direction and problem-solving support; maintain a strong coding background to guide the team effectively.

Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and UX/UI teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Technology Stack Expertise
Offer deep expertise in , frameworks, MongoDB, and related technologies.

Quality Assurance & Best Practices
Promote best practices in development, including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and security protocols.

Risk Management
Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure smooth project execution and system stability.

Innovation
Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential to enhance digital offerings.

The Successful Applicant



Experience & Leadership 10+ years in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleProven ability to lead and mentor large, diverse technical teams in dynamic environmentsStrong track record of delivering complex digital projects across web and mobile platforms

Technical Expertise Deep hands-on experience with:Backend: Frontend: , React, or similar JavaScript frameworksMobile: Native or hybrid mobile developmentDatabase: MongoDBLanguages: JavaScript/TypeScriptSkilled in designing and scaling high-performance, resilient digital systemsFamiliar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices

Strategic & Collaborative Mindset Capable of defining technical roadmaps aligned with business goalsStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsExcellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Attributes Experience in insurance or financial servicesFamiliarity with AWS, DevOps, and microservices architectureHolds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
