(Urgent) VP- Platform Delivery Lead

Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - Platform Delivery Lead Role Summary We are seeking a Delivery Lead for Architecture Delivery to drive the design, implementation, and scaling of our AI & Agentic-first Service Delivery Platform. This leader will ensure that architecture delivery - spanning solution design, platform build, integrations, and automation-first delivery enablement - is executed seamlessly across both in-house teams and ecosystem collaborators/partners. The role requires a forward-looking delivery leader who can set up delivery automation tooling, frameworks, and governance models, while running delivery in a super-agile, high-velocity environment. This person will be responsible for regular show & tell demonstrations to senior company leadership, ensuring transparency, speed of iteration, and visible business impact at every stage. Key Responsibilities 1. Architecture Delivery Leadership - Lead end-to-end architecture delivery programs across pre-sales, mobilisation, build/test, and transition-to-operations. - Ensure delivery combines both in-house capabilities and partner/supplier contributions into a unified, coherent architecture. - Govern solution blueprints, reference architectures, and integration standards to ensure consistency across clients. 2. Agile & Scrum-First Execution - Run delivery using Agile and Scrum frameworks, ensuring aggressive sprint cadences and rapid iteration. - Drive a show & tell culture, with regular sprint reviews and platform demos to senior leadership and stakeholders. - Instill Agile maturity across delivery teams, partners, and collaborators to accelerate velocity and reduce waste. - Ensure backlog prioritization and sprint outcomes are aligned with business value realization. 3. Delivery Automation & Tooling Ownership - Define and set up the delivery automation toolchain (DevOps, MLOps, FinOps, SecOps, AIOps) as the backbone of platform-driven delivery. - Embed automation-first principles into architecture delivery, reducing manual dependencies and cycle times. - Drive adoption of zero-touch delivery accelerators such as code generators, semantic asset graphs, digital twins, and AI copilots. 4. Collaboration & Partner Integration - Work closely with alliance partners, subcontractors, and client teams to integrate their contributions into delivery seamlessly. - Establish collaboration frameworks to ensure speed, quality, and shared accountability across partner ecosystems. - Leverage the platform's mobilisation toolkits and governance dashboards to manage distributed architecture delivery. 5. Client & Stakeholder Management - Act as the architecture delivery owner in client engagements, ensuring solutions are delivered predictably and value is realized. - Provide visibility to clients through real-time dashboards, case study generators, and outcome trackers. - Partner with CX/Design Leads to ensure customer experience principles and design thinking are embedded in delivery outcomes. 6. Continuous Value & Differentiation - Measure and report business value realization: productivity, cycle-time reduction, automation coverage, margin uplift. - Ensure reuse and standardization of architecture components and automation tooling across accounts. - Feed learnings back to Product and Design teams to continuously enhance the platform. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications - experience in architecture delivery, technology transformation, and program execution in IT/Outsourcing/SI contexts. - Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud-native platforms, AI/ML integration, and delivery automation toolchains. - Demonstrated track record of leading Agile/Scrum-based delivery in super-aggressive development environments. - Proven ability to showcase outcomes regularly to senior stakeholders, distilling technical progress into business value. - Experience leading multi-vendor and partner-driven delivery environments. - Proven ability to set up DevOps/MLOps toolchains, governance dashboards, and automation frameworks for scaled delivery. - Deep understanding of delivery lifecycle from solutioning to operations, including transition and mobilisation. - Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience ability to present architectural delivery outcomes to CxO levels. - Familiarity with platform-first delivery models, GenAI/agentic systems, and new-age digital service platforms is a strong plus. - You will own architecture delivery, ensuring every solution delivered via the platform is automation-first, reusable, and margin-positive. - You will be the architectural orchestrator, balancing in-house engineering and partner ecosystem delivery. - You will stand up the delivery automation ecosystem (DevOps/MLOps/AI agents) that becomes the backbone of scaled delivery. - You will operate in a super-agile, high-intensity environment, with regular leadership showcases to validate progress and outcomes. - Your success will be measured by automation adoption, reuse rates, velocity of delivery, and business impact. - - - - -
