Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Program Management Lead (AI & Agentic-first Service Delivery Platform) Role Summary We are seeking a highly seasoned Program Management Lead with experience to oversee the delivery, governance, and adoption of our flagship AI & Agentic-first Service Delivery Platform. This role requires a hands-on Agile leader who can blend program governance, service delivery best practices, and AI-first innovation into a single operating model. The Program Management Lead will serve as the execution backbone of the platform - ensuring the platform vision (covering presales, mobilisation, build/test, transition, and continuous operations) translates into high-velocity, value-driven delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. Agile Program Leadership - Lead the program using Agile methods as the primary governance framework. - Define and institutionalize Agile practices at scale: scrum, SAFe, Kanban, sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Monitor velocity, burn-down, cumulative flow, and other Agile metrics to ensure predictability and transparency. - Drive continuous improvement cycles through regular inspection/adaptation. 2. Progress Monitoring & Risk Management - Set up robust systems for continuous progress tracking using industry-standard Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc.). - Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks escalate and resolve issues before they impact outcomes. - Provide early-warning dashboards and risk heatmaps to leadership and stakeholders. 3. Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement - Partner closely with senior executives, delivery heads, and platform leadership to align priorities, manage escalations, and secure decisions. - Act as the voice of delivery rigor: ensure service delivery best practices (mobilisation, transition, change management, governance) are embedded into the platform. - Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, bringing insights from past large-scale programs to avoid pitfalls and accelerate adoption. 4. Cross-functional Orchestration - Ensure alignment across Product Managers, Product Owners, Design/CX, Engineering, and Delivery leaders. - Manage interdependencies across core platform modules (agentic copilots, digital twin, semantic asset graph, mobilisation kits, client portals). - Establish clear sprint goals and release trains that tie directly to business outcomes. 5. Value Realization & Best Practices - Ensure every release delivers tangible, measurable value (e.g., productivity gains, faster presales, smoother mobilisation, improved delivery margins). - Codify and embed service delivery best practices into the platform (transition playbooks, delivery accelerators, continuous operations toolkits). - Benchmark platform execution against leading competitors (Accenture Genwizard, AI Refinery, SynOps, Cognizant, WNS, TCS, etc.) to ensure market-leading performance. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications - experience in program management, portfolio governance, and enterprise delivery leadership. - Proven expertise managing large-scale technology transformation programs in IT services, outsourcing, or AI/automation domains. - Deep knowledge of Agile methods at scale: Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, hybrid Agile-Waterfall governance. - Strong proficiency with Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Trello, etc.) and reporting dashboards. - Hands-on experience in risk management, dependency mapping, and program health monitoring. - Strong ability to work with senior executives and client leaders, driving alignment, decision-making, and program buy-in. - Solid grounding in service delivery frameworks, transition management, and operational best practices. - PMP/PMI-ACP/SAFe certifications strongly preferred. - Experience in AI/GenAI platforms, ERP-like service delivery systems, or digital-first transformation programs a significant plus. - This is a senior leadership program role at the heart of an industry-defining AI-first delivery platform. - You will bring decades of delivery experience and marry it with modern Agile methods to deliver with speed and governance. - You will be directly accountable for ensuring the platform not only gets built - but gets adopted, delivers value, and becomes a competitive differentiator. - Your leadership will help embed service delivery DNA into an agentic-first platform that will redefine enterprise outsourcing and operations. - - - - -
