Sales Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, an in-depth understanding of the utility and sub-metering industry, and the ability to build relationships with customers across various properties, including residential houses, large societies, buildings, commercial shops, malls, and offices. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and supporting sales efforts to meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads and Identify Opportunities: Prospect and generate leads within the utility, sub-metering, and property management sectors (residential, commercial, and industrial properties).
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, tailoring presentations to meet their specific needs and requirements.
- Sales Negotiations: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products, features, and applications, becoming a trusted advisor to clients in the energy and utility sectors.
- Sales Documentation: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and project management teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services to clients.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring they are satisfied with the product/service and resolving any issues that may arise.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the utility, sub-metering, or property management industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients at all levels.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer needs, market trends, and sales data to develop effective strategies.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating sales terms and conditions to achieve profitable outcomes.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with electric metering solutions and related products is a plus.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
