We are looking for 3+ years experienced Inside Sales CoordinatorResponsibilities- Implementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategies- Building and maintaining long-term customer relations- Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports- Addressing any customer queries and complaints through phone/visit- Maintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the database- Taking up any urgent requests or queries in a timely manner- Providing Quotation to the partners & Maintaining their Database- Managing Service Related issues/Closure with support from concerned service team- Monitoring Client Accounts to ensure accuracy and Timelines of Projects.- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.- Arrange meetings with potential customers for new business- Responsible for driving productivity for Enterprise Archival, Mailing and Communication.- Providing after sales service support and coordination with the operation team for Improving customer satisfaction- Develop positive working relationship with associates / consultants and partners to build Business - Timely submission of MIS and all sales reports as required by HOD
