Standard Financial Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Standard Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and experience collaborating with business analysts to drive strategic insights. This role will require a deep understanding of financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with a focus on supporting business functions and optimizing financial outcomes.

What will you do:

- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cost analysis, to provide insights into business performance and opportunities for improvement.- Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with business analysts and other departments to develop, maintain, and refine financial forecasts and budgets. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports for management. Ensure reports are aligned with corporate objectives and strategic initiatives.- Data Analysis & Modeling: Use financial modeling techniques and tools to create scenarios, projections, and analyses that support business strategies.- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance and business analysis functions. Work on streamlining reporting processes, systems integration, and data consistency.- Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Assist in internal and external audits as needed.- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable takeaways.

What will you bring:

- Should be B. Com / MBA graduate.- 4-5 years of experience in accounting and financial domain.- Strong background in financial analysis and experience collaborating with business analysts to drive strategic insights.- Deep Understanding of financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills.- Good Knowledge of advance excel.
