Financial Planning Analyst cum Business Data Analytics , you will:Financial Reporting & Analysis:Manage

monthly and weekly budget vs. actual reporting , ensuring alignment between financial plans and actual performance.Prepare and present

monthly steering committee reports , including key financial and business insights to senior leadership.Support the

preparation of presentations for strategic board meetings , translating financial data into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers.Assist in the preparation of

financial forecasts and budgets

to guide the company’s growth and operational strategies. Business Data Analytics:Analyze business data to identify trends, insights, and areas for operational improvement.Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to support business intelligence and decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.Sales & Financial Analytics:Generate and analyze

sales reports , tracking key metrics such as sales growth, pipeline performance, and customer conversion.Use

CRM tools

(e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) to gather data on sales activities, providing ongoing performance insights to the sales and marketing teams.Support sales forecasting efforts to ensure accurate projections and alignment with business goals.Stakeholder Reporting & Collaboration:Present data-driven insights in a clear and concise manner to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.Collaborate with finance, operations, and sales teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and business strategies.Assist in ad-hoc financial and operational analyses for ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.Continuous Improvement:Enhance and streamline reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate financial data across all departments.Stay up-to-date with trends in financial analysis and business intelligence tools to continuously improve reporting and forecasting capabilities.Qualifications:Education:MBA (Finance) or CA (Chartered Accountant) preferred.Additional certifications in financial analysis or business analytics are a plus.Experience:2-3 years of experience in

financial planning ,

business analytics , or a related role.Experience with

sales reporting

and working with

CRM tools

(e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is an added advantage.Experience in

budgeting ,

forecasting , and

financial reporting . Skills:Advanced proficiency in

Excel ; knowledge of

Power BI ,

Tableau , etcStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex data to senior leadership.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver

executive-level presentations .Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
